 Dear Parents and Guardians,
Assalamu alaikum,
Alhumdulillah, last year we achieved new heights at IFS. Our High School was declared as the top school in Ontario, a blessing for which we are very grateful to Allah Subhana wa taala. IFT at its Annual Appreciation Dinner and The Canadian Diversity Centre at its Annual recognition Meeting awarded us for our outstanding achievements. Last year our students were happier because we provided opportunities for them to be involved in activities that they liked most. Our parents were more satisfied with the progress of their children and the community at large felt their donations to the school were spent wisely.
We have hired nine new teachers who are young, vibrant, and full of enthusiasm to serve our children and community. They are all well qualified from Ontario colleges of Education and many have Honours degrees as well as Masters in Education. This year even our assistant teachers are qualified B.Ed. teachers and therefore, we will address them as Co-teachers instead of Assistant Teachers. Needless to say that all our teachers have made a choice to serve at IFS for much less financial rewards, only to serve our own community and to please Allah (SWT) and receive His blessings. |
